Instructions

Mélanger les œufs, le sucre et le beurre fondu 

A part, mélanger la farine et la levure, y ajouter progressivement le lait et le sel

Mélanger les deux préparations

Huiler la poêle

Former les pancakes et laisser cuire doucement, le retourner pour finir la cuisson

Dégustez en accompagnant les pancakes de sirop d’érable, de confiture ou de pâte à tartiner!
