baking powder

vanilla sugar

Mix the eggs, sugar and melted butter 

Separately, mix the flour and yeast, gradually add the milk and salt

Mix the two preparations together

Oil the pan

Form the pancakes and let them cook slowly, turning them over to finish cooking

Serve with maple syrup, jam or spread!
