  1. Preheat oven at 175°C (or 347°F)
  2. Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar on a water bath
  3. Away from the fire, add the flour with the whisk and then the eggs one by one
  4. Butter and flour the moulds
  5. Fill with the preparation and place a square dark chocolate in the middle of each
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 min
