La Cornue® hoods have been specifically designed to match the performance of our ranges and allow you to cook with convenience.
In addition, their size and colour match perfectly with those of our ranges, providing a combination of aesthetics, performance and harmony. You can chose among two kinds of hood designs: the standard painted hood or the same hood but decorated with decorative strips in the chosen finish for the decorative trim.
Island hoods are also available, as well as custom hoods per estimate. The height of the hood can be extended to 1.50m (maximum total height of 2.25m).

LAVA-ROCK GRILL
Linear gas burner running front-to-back set beneath a bed of natural lava rocks and topped with an enamel-coated open-style grill. A solid walnut chopping block has been added on top of the grill and can be used when the grill isn’t lit.

TEPPANYAKI
Flat, solid, griddle-style cooking surface heated by electricity to create a consistent and solid cooking surface ideal for steak, seafood, shrimp, rice, eggs and vegetables with a minimum temperature of 140°F and a maximum temperature of 482°F.
FRENCH TOP: LARGE, SMALL
One gas burner installed beneath a solid cast iron top engraved with La Cornue® stars, serving as the heat source for the entire cast iron surface. The cast iron plaque becomes the cooking center and offers variable heat zones with the strongest heat in the center, directly above the burner, and diffusing outwards. Allows for multiple sauce pans above a single indirect heat source.
