Ingredients
Farmhouse/sliced bread
2 slices
Comté or emmental cheese
1 slice
Ham
1 slice
Butter
to taste
Directions
  1. In a hot frying pan toast the two slices of bread on one side only, lightly buttered.
  2. On one slice, alternate cheese, ham and cheese again and add the second slice of bread.
  3. "Cook" in a hot oven at 180°C, remove as soon as the cheese is melted.
