Grated or chopped dark dessert chocolate
2 squares
Crushed almonds
Rum for blazing
2 caps
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and the teppanyaki to half power
  2. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise
  3. Lemon immediately and sprinkle with sugar and almonds
  4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes
  5. Place the bananas on the teppanyaki, sprinkle with chocolate and flambé with rum
