RED MULLET TEPPANYAKI

Ingredients
Red mullet
8
Lemon
Fresh thyme
Cayenne pepper
Olive Oil
Salt
Rice flour (preferably)
Directions

Place lemon, thyme and salt in scaled and gutted red mullet about 2 to 3 hours before cooking

Heat the teppanyaki to thermostat 7

Season the fish with salt, chilli and flour

Oil the teppanyaki, place the fish on top and cook for about 3 minutes per side
