Rockfish

Lemon
6 slices
Bay Leaves
2
Fresh Thyme
2 sprigs
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Directions
  1. Position the fish and place the lemon, bay leaf and thyme between the fish and the grill.
  2. Cook about 15/17 min.
  3. Place the fish in a dish and cover with aluminium foil, leave to rest for 10 minutes and serve.
