Directions

Finely chop the peppers and lightly cook them

Mix the avocado, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco, pepper and olive oil in a bowl with a fork

Toast the slices of bread in a pan or in the oven

Spread the avocado on the slices of bread

In a buttered or oiled frying pan, make a fried egg to add to the bread or as a side dish
