Peel, cut into 8 wedges and lemon the apples
Spread the pastry in the mould, prick and keep in a cool place
In a frying pan, sauté the apples over high heat with the butter and sugar until they are brown
Drain and let cool
Place the apples evenly in the tart and bake at 175°C for 30 minutes
