La Cornufé sa anche vivere il suo tempo e presenta le ultime novità in tema di cottura e design: il numero di viti è ridotto al minimo per agevolare la manutenzione; il bruciatore centrale da 4 kW di potenza, i due forni indipendenti o il piano a induzione permettono ogni audacia.
Ben più che una semplice cucina, la Cornufé è simbolo di un ambiente conviviale, allegro e ricco di sapori.

La Cornufé Albertine (omaggio al fondatore di La Cornue, Albert Dupuy e a sua moglie Alexandrine) è stata pensata per offrire ai grandi appassionati di cucina un pezzo di alto livello a un prezzo più accessibile.
Albertine ha tutte le caratteristiche di una Cornufé (eleganza, design distintivo e ottime prestazioni di cottura) con un solo forno.
Un forno unico, ma maestoso (110 litri!) che permette di arrostire tagli di grandi dimensioni o introdurre due piatti accostati in una stessa cottura per tutti i momenti di convivialità e condivisione.
Possibilità decisamente apprezzabile e rarissima che fa del forno aperto il grande spettacolo del gusto in cucina!
